Hi, I’m Tamsin. I know we haven’t met yet, but I’m so excited you’re here, and I can’t wait to meet you. A little spoiler: this bit isn’t about me—it’s about you.

I believe you are an incredible, complex, and inspirational human, and I know that within you lies so much strength, wisdom, and possibility. But I also know that the complexities of modern midlife mean that this might not be the ‘you’ you recognise in the mirror anymore. I believe that you have the capacity for change, and I am here to help you navigate that change.

My role is to help you reconnect with that strength, wisdom, and possibility—to rediscover the version of yourself that feels confident, empowered, and fully alive. Midlife is full of challenges and opportunities, and together we’ll cultivate a life where you can flourish—one that feels meaningful, joyful, and beautifully true to who you are.

My Coaching Style:

At the heart of my coaching is you—your needs, your goals, and your unique journey. Every woman I work with brings her own story, strengths, and challenges, and I’m here to honour that with compassion, curiosity, and unwavering support.

I believe in creating a space where you feel truly heard and seen, where you can reflect and reconnect with who you are and what you want. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that shape your life, while cultivating tools like mindfulness and breathwork to help you feel grounded, resilient, and connected.

My coaching is guided by five core values:

  • Authentic Compassion:

    Meeting you where you are, without judgment. Shining your own compassion on yourself and allowing yourself the permission you need to thrive.

  • Empowerment:

    Helping you develop new ways of thinking to find a happier, sustainable and fulfilled way to live, so you can reclaim and take charge of your own journey.

  • Joy:

    Rediscovering what lights you up and allowing joy into your life as an act of self-compassion, gradually cultivating a deeper sense of contentment and satisfaction.

  • Connection:

    To yourself, to others, and to the world around you. Helping you identify healthy and positive connections and liberating you from the burden of those that no longer serve you well.

  • Presence:

    True change can only happen in the present and the greatest gift you can offer yourself or others is your presence. Through breathwork and mindfulness learn to inhabit and embrace the present moment.

My Background

I came to coaching through my work as an NHS GP. For years, I saw how medical issues often intertwined with emotional and social challenges. Yet I felt limited by the tools available to me in traditional medicine. I realized that empowering women to understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and dreams was key to helping them live healthier and happier lives. Coaching allows me to bridge that gap and create the space for you to explore, grow, and flourish.

A Little Me
(when I’m not working!)

Outside of coaching, I’m a mum of two and love (almost) every moment I spend with them. Like many women, I juggle a lot, and some days feel more organized than others. Nature is my happy place, whether I’m running, sea swimming (even when it’s freezing), or simply soaking up the beauty around me.

I’m also deeply passionate about learning and staying curious—it’s one of the things that keeps me growing both personally and professionally. And while I’m a strong advocate for mindfulness and wellness, I’ll be the first to admit that life isn’t about perfection. It’s about embracing the messy, the magical, and everything in between.
