Transformational Coaching In Mid-Life

Sometimes the midlife might feel a little bit like fire fighting.  Physical symptoms of hot flushes, or hormonal changes associated with the perimenopause and menopause.

The heat of juggling so many roles: work, relationships, self care.  The simmering sense of overwhelm, loneliness, disconnect. You are a capable and strong woman - you bolster your arsenal with HRT, a change in diet or exercise, a multivitamin, self help, a glass of wine.  It helps, a bit, the flames dampen, but never quite go out before another fire sparks.
