Small Group Coaching for women in midlife on a GLP1 weight loss journey

Join me and a small, supportive group of women for an eight-week online programme, thoughtfully designed for women in perimenopause and menopause who are taking GLP-1 weight loss medication.

If you're ready to become an active partner in your own health, this programme will help you make the most of it. Together we'll explore how small, sustainable changes can help you build confidence and create habits that nourish your wellbeing long after the medication has done its job.

Grounded in the evidence-based principles of Lifestyle Medicine, we'll explore the foundations of health, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, mindset and purpose, with particular attention to the unique challenges of using GLP-1 medication during midlife, developing a personalised approach that works for your life.

Informed by my work as a GP and the development of a structured group weight management programme, this course combines evidence-based education, coaching and the power of shared lived experience. More than simply supporting weight loss, it's about learning to nourish yourself: your body, your mind and your future health, so you leave feeling informed, empowered and confident in your ability to nourish your health for years to come.

About Me

Hi, I’m Tamsin. I am a qualified transformational coach, working NHS GP, yoga instructor and a lifelong learner.  I have a specialist interest in lifestyle medicine and adopt a holistic perspective in my work.

Having witnessed first hand the benefits of transformational coaching, I passionately believe that coaching can empower lasting benefits to lifestyle and wellbeing, particularly in the midlife.
