Join like-minded women for this small group, 6 session lunch club over 12 weeks. To rediscover your joy, your confidence, your balance- your 'You'!
Incorporating elements of transformational coaching, each week we identify common challenges experienced during perimenopause, menopause and beyond and use the power of our connection and individual activities to find tailored solutions to these challenges.
Each session will weave mindfulness, breathwork, reflective exercise and specially adapted coaching tools to guide you through specific areas of challenge, whilst benefiting from the connection within the group.
Expect insightful discussions, interactive exercises, practical tools you can use right away and a safe space to explore your next steps.
Session 1: Reconnect with Yourself
In this session we recognise that midlife brings big changes—hormonal shifts, exhaustion, feeling lost, and disconnected from yourself and others. You may have spent years putting everyone else first, leaving you unsure of who you are now. Perhaps you’re struggling with body confidence, self-esteem, or a sense of purpose.
Session 1 will help you:
Reconnect with yourself—your body, mind, and emotions
Identify what truly matters to you and how to bring it into your daily life
Rediscover joy, confidence, and balance
Learn how to be present so real change can happen
Leave feeling more confident, connected, and ready to open the door to change.
Session 2: Rewriting Your Story
In session 2, we acknowledge how in midlife you might find yourself caring for everyone but yourself, stuck in unhealthy habits, or afraid of change? Perhaps you feel trapped by old narratives, overwhelmed by life’s transitions, or struggling with body confidence and self-worth. After years of putting others first, it’s easy to lose sight of who you are.
Learn how to:
Give yourself permission to be exactly as you are
Recognise limiting beliefs and how they shape your choices
Reframe old narratives that no longer serve you
Realise you’re not alone and feel supported in your journey
Leave feeling empowered, supported, and ready to take action towards
the life you truly want.
Session 3: Recharge and Rebalance
Are you struggling with fatigue, burnout, or the physical and emotional shifts of midlife? Do you find yourself trapped in unhealthy habits, battling sleep issues, or feeling guilty for prioritising self-care? It’s time to shift the focus back to you—because taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential.
In this session:
Understand your energy levels and how to manage them effectively
Identify what’s draining you and where to focus your self-care
Prioritise small, meaningful changes that help you thrive
Create a plan for self-care that fits your life and commitments
Leave feeling recharged, empowered, and ready to make self-care a priority—without guilt.
Session 4: Dream big: A future of your own design
Are you feeling stuck, uncertain about the future, or questioning your purpose? Maybe life transitions have left you overwhelmed, anxious about aging, or unsure how to move forward. After years of prioritizing others, you might be wondering—what’s next for me?
This supportive group coaching session will help you:
Reimagine a future that aligns with your values, strengths, and desires
Visualize what a meaningful, fulfilling life looks like for you
Explore the possibilities ahead and start considering new directions
Bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be

Session 5: It’s time to Feel Good
Do you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or struggling to manage stress while juggling life’s many demands? Menopause and perimenopause can bring mood swings, anxiety, and low energy, making it harder to feel like yourself. But what if small shifts in mindset could make a big difference in how you feel every day?
This supportive group coaching session will help you:
Understand the power of positive emotions in shaping physical and mental well-being
Discover how positivity can bring more meaning, balance, and joy to midlife
Explore simple, science-backed techniques to manage stress and boost resilience
Create a personal mental health toolkit to navigate life’s ups and downs
Leave feeling uplifted, equipped with new strategies, and ready to embrace midlife with a more positive, empowered mindset.
Session 6: A precious resource
In this session we consider the beauty of connections that serve us well, the ones that fill us with joy and leave us fizzing with energy. But we also recognise that we have relationships that might also weigh heavily and we consider how to feel more empowered in these.
This supportive group coaching session will help you:
Recognise and prioritise healthy relationships that nourish you
Identify and manage less healthy relationships using proven models like transactional analysis
Gain confidence in negotiating your needs and setting clear boundaries
Reflect on your growth over the past sessions and celebrate your progress
Leave feeling more confident, with a deeper sense of control and the tools to
create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
