Last updated: 17/08/2026Please read these Terms & Conditions before booking The Nourished Midlife. By booking a place on the programme, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to them.

1. About the programme

The Nourished Midlife is an eight-week, small-group online education and coaching programme for women in perimenopause and menopause who are taking GLP-1 medication for weight management. The programme combines evidence-based education, coaching, practical lifestyle strategies and shared group discussion. Topics may include nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, mental wellbeing, relationships, mindset, purpose and other aspects of Lifestyle Medicine, as well as topics specifically relevant to GLP-1 medication and midlife.

2. Education and coaching — not medical care

The Nourished Midlife is an educational and coaching programme. It is not a medical consultation, group medical consultation or substitute for individual medical care.Although I am a GP and the programme includes discussion of health, menopause and GLP-1 medication, the programme does not provide individual diagnosis, prescribing, medication reviews or personalised medical treatment.Any health concerns, new or worsening symptoms, medication side effects or questions about whether a particular treatment is appropriate for you should be discussed with your own GP, prescriber, pharmacist or other appropriate healthcare professional. You should not make changes to your GLP-1 medication, HRT, contraception or any other medication based solely on information provided during the programme. If you have an urgent or emergency health concern, you should seek appropriate urgent medical care rather than waiting for a programme session.

3. Suitability for the programme

The programme is designed for women in perimenopause or menopause who are taking GLP-1 medication for weight management. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information relevant to your participation and to consider whether this programme is appropriate for your individual circumstances. If it becomes apparent that you require a level of medical, psychological or other specialist support beyond the scope of the programme, I may recommend that you seek appropriate professional support and, where necessary, discuss whether the programme remains suitable for you.

4. Payment

The programme fee is payable in full at the time of booking, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed with me in advance.Your place in the group is confirmed once payment has been received.5. Cancellation and refundsIf you need to cancel your place, please contact me as soon as possible via email at hello@drtamsinlay.co.ukWhen you book online, you may have statutory rights to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract. These rights are separate from the cancellation terms set out below and are not affected by them. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights. If you request that the programme begins before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, you expressly request that the service begins during this period. If you subsequently cancel during this period, I may be entitled to retain a proportionate amount reflecting the part of the programme already provided, in accordance with applicable consumer law.Once the applicable statutory cancellation period has expired, the following cancellation policy applies:More than 14 days before the programme starts: full refund.Between 14 and 7 days before the programme starts: 50% refund.Less than 7 days before the programme starts: normally no refund.I will, however, consider requests for a refund outside these terms on a case-by-case basis, particularly where there are exceptional circumstances.Because The Nourished Midlife is a small-group programme with a limited number of places, cancellations close to the start date may mean that another participant is unable to take the place. The cancellation policy reflects the practical impact of late cancellations while aiming to remain fair and reasonable.Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If you are unable to attend a session, please let me know where possible.Sessions will not normally be repeated on an individual basis, and missed sessions do not normally entitle you to a refund or reduction in the programme fee.Sessions will not be recorded and made available to participants7. Arriving lateYou are welcome to join a session if you are running late. However, the session will continue as planned and it may not be possible to repeat information already covered. Please try to arrive on time wherever possible, as punctuality helps maintain the flow and experience of the group for everyone.
