Dr Tamsin Lay and Amy Batty PT, welcome you to this restorative mini retreat.
Set beside the beautiful Siblyback Lake our retreat offers a reflective space for women in midlife who are navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. It’s an invitation to step away from everything you’re holding for everyone else, and to give yourself permission, perhaps for the first time in a while, to turn your compassion inwards. Together, we’ll create time and space to explore what you need to feel supported through this time of transition.
